Cómo no montar un restaurante. Los entrantes
A lo largo de la historia del restaurante AlNorte, han sido centenares los platos que hemos ofrecido en la Carta, algunos creados específicamente por nosotros.
Esta es la relación, con sus traducciones al inglés -tal como se realizaron en su momento-, de las ofertas que incluimos en los menús diarios, para los entrantes, durante 2005 a 2007, y que figura como uno de los Anexos en mi libro, "Cómo no montar un restaurante".
El interesado puede advertir que algunos platos (pocos) tienen solamente variaciones en el acompañamiento de la materia principal e, incluso, que lo único que varía -aparentemente- no es el contenido, sino la traducción al inglés o la inicial versión en español. He querido ser fiel a la lista completa, obtenida por un programa informático de recopilación a partir de todos los registros conservados de esta muestra excelente de la imaginativa actividad desarrollada por el que fue uno de los restaurantes de referencia en Madrid durante varios años.
